Infronics launches marketing and sales tool for motor retailers

Infronics Technologies has launched eZSMS, a solution that enables dealers to send individualised, filtered and updated bulk text messages to customers. The business messaging system can be integrated with any existing DMS or database, said spokesman Bram Van Der Berg.

It is designed to allow dealers to easily manipulate their current database and reach out to their clients on both specific and general enquiries thereby increasing client response and converting outreach into sales.

eZSMS features include specific enquiry response through individualised and tailored texts, tailored bulk texts to specific market groups, automated scheduling for client order status or reminders, data import/ export feature, time expiry limits, and report management for delivery history and status.

Van Der Berg added: "SMS text marketing is not about mass promotional offers but specific customer desired interest. No one wants to receive junk mail by text, but clients will sign up for specific valued offers and reminders such as price points for new cars, financing or service reminders."
